The Chefs' Table Society's Wild Salmon Celebration returns for the third year.

On Saturday, August 24,  join the Chefs' Table Society of British Columbia (CTS) and the BC Salmon Marketing Council for a celebration of an iconic BC product: wild salmon.

Guests will graze through eight food stations while savouring BC wines, beer and a signature cocktail at the only high-end outdoor event in Vancouver celebrating this premium, sustainable seafood.

During the event, guests will be able to get up close and personal with some of BC's most talented chefs and learn about how they prepared their exclusive dishes for this event. Each chef will be working with sockeye salmon but no two dishes will be alike. These eight dishes will give breadth to the many ways this delicacy can be served.

Tickets for the dinner are $60.00 per person (plus tax and service fee) and include a delicious tasting menu consisting of eight salmon dishes, samples of wines from Peacock and Martin Imports and Dirty Laundry Vineyard, our signature cocktail as well as a sweet treat to end the night!
