August 27, 2022 was the return of the Wild Salmon Celebration to False Creek Fisherman's Wharf. Guests enjoyed a glorious Vancouver summer evening celebrating Wild BC Salmon.

Chefs' Table Society collaborate with the BC Salmon Marketing Council to bring this celebration together in support of Wild BC salmon and commercial fishers, and a healthy seafood choice - it's especially important to showcase the versatility of salmon and the resilience of both the fishery and fishers.
