For the 20th Anniversary, we had a special panel discussion at the end of the demonstrations about sustainable seafood. Panelists included: Chef Robert Clark, who was one of the CTS board members to start the Spot Prawn Festival and has been awarded the Order of Canada for Sustainability, Mike McDermott and Chef Charlotte Langley, Ambassador for MSC Certified Sustainable Fishing.
