  1. Director’s Report
    • Board reviewed the final draft of mission statement that was revised by Jack and everyone voted to accept this copy.  Mary will send out a copy to all board members.
  2. Networking
    • Following the meeting Jason Boysce will speak to the members about the Oceanwise program.  About 20-30 will attend the get together following the meeting.
    • Vikram and Robert Clark will give speeches at the event to introduce the mission statement.
    • Discussed communications, Julian is still working on the email connection.  Board can communicate using chefstable@gmail.com
    • Discussed the need for a technical person to get a website up and running and maintained.  Patrick is going to look into this matter.
    • Jaime suggests another event be planned for the fall to bring members together.  Planning of this event will be discussed at the next meeting.
