- Presentation – Dinnerworks
- Chris Roscoe president of Dinnerworks made a proposal to the board. Please read the attached proposal.
- Chef’s Table Society member chef to provide a recipe to be used by Dinnerworks for one to two months.
- Dinnerworks will donate $2.50 to Chef’s Table Society every time a meal is ordered with a minimum donation of $250 per month (maximum $3000 per year).
- Mary, RobertC. and Vikram will visit Dinnerworks kitchen on Tuesday, February 28th, Mary will report back to the board
- Presentation – Gift Cards
- David Clark Wilson and Ron Frank presented a proposal to the board to create a Chefs Table Society gift card. An attachment of the proposal will follow.
- Jamie Maw will review the financial viability of the proposal and report back to the board.
- Julian will contact Jack and Patrick to see if they would like to form a committee to review the proposal.
- Other Business
- Board meetings will be held the last Monday of every month. Meetings will not be held in July, August or December.
Next Board Meeting is set for Monday, March 27th at Vij’s Restaurant, 3pm-4pm
