  2. Executive Directory Position: Julian Bond
    • Karen Hamilton will follow-up with presentation to the board at next chefs meeting.
  3. Branding and Marketing: Robert Belcham and Katharine Manson
    • Alvina to resend Google calendar of events to board
    • Sunday, March 17th : CTS membership party
    • Sunday, June 2nd: Mystery Kitchen Fundraiser (150 tickets)
    • Discussing partnership with Scout Magazine, planning an ingredient Scavenger Hunt
    • Looking for event ideas to support sustainability of ingredients, email ideas to Robert Belcham and Katharine Manson.
    • Meeting scheduled with Vancouver Magazine scheduled February 12, 2013
  4. Membership: Quang Dang

    • Working with Jamie Maw to get more involved with the Okanagan Chefs Association.  Recommends partnerships with Island Chefs Association and bartending associations.
    • Working on partnership with Barbara-Jo’s Books to Cooks, all present board members voted to move forward with forming a partnership.
  5. New Business

    • Scott to contact Kim Osbourne regarding silent auction at Chefs for Life – 10 tickets to Mystery Chef Dinner with Limo, Hotel and cookbooks
