- Board passed a motion to donate $3,000 and 3 cases of cook books to Culinary Olympic Team. Culinary Olympics will be held in Erfurt, Germany, October 2012

- Inventory has been reduced. There are still cases of books available for sale

- Neil and Julian to set date for Mystery Chef Dinner at PICA
- Spot Prawn Report: Chris Whittaker
- Spot Prawn Festival will be held on Saturday May 5th, 11am to 3pm at the False Creek Fishermans’ Wharf. All CTS members are encouraged to come down to the festival. The Spot Prawn fishing season will open on May 3rd.
- There is a new lay out this year to move the line along more efficiently
- Spot Prawn plates will cost $12
- Karen Hamilton is working on the online ticket sales, website and twitter feed
- West Jet is doing a feature article on the Spot Prawn Festival
- Membership Report:Quang Dang
- Membership committee is holding a meeting on March 28th. Will discuss new membership tiers and website re-design for member access
