Chefs’ Table Society is recruiting passionate aspiring cooks for a fully funded Professional Cook 1 cohort at Camosun College starting January 12.
This program is ideal for people who love cooking and are looking to build a career in restaurant kitchens or non-traditional culinary roles such as community food programs, health care, senior living, and more. To be eligible, candidates must be working under 20 hours/week or currently in career transition.
Thanks to funding by the Government of Canada and the Province of British Columbia (Community Workforce Response Grant), tuition and supports such as uniforms, lunches, and bus fare are covered. The 26-week program includes a 4-week practicum plus CTS wrap-around supports: professional headshots and a hands-on culinary photography workshop to level up your social media skills.

Spots are limited—apply now and take the first step toward a meaningful culinary career.
