This toolkit includes over 30 practical tools designed to help small- and medium-sized restaurants strengthen their policies, improve retention, support staff, and build a positive workplace culture WHILE saving you time! From hiring and onboarding to mental health and respectful workplace policies, all our tools are built by the industry, for the industry.
We’re looking for a handful of restaurant operators who want to help us review the finished resources. If you're open to having us visit your restaurant, we’d love to:
