Annual Spot Prawn Festival

What: The Chefs Table Society of British Columbia (CTS) is a non-profit society comprised of BC's leading chefs and culinary professionals In 2006 the Spot Prawn Festival was founded to foster a domestic market for this seasonal and sustainable seafood. In its 10th year the festival has grown to be a much-anticipated festival for Vancouver Live Spot Prawns may be purchased on site There are free cooking demonstrations, music, and children's activities There is the option for a New England Style spot prawn chowder or two brunch services that take place at the festival (at a cost to attendees).
