The Chefs' Table Society offer 6-month mentorship program to Society members. The program is intended for mentees to gain valuable industry insight and advice, develop new knowledge and skills, build their network and learn more about the hospitality industry, in general.

General Terms and Conditions
The Mentorship committee grants mentorship pairings to Society Members with a desire to enhance their culinary career. All mentorship placements are awarded based on merit, commitment and passion. All applicants must be BC residents. Selected mentees will be paired with a mentor that is committed to meeting with the mentee for a minimum of six hours during the six month program (minimum of one monthly meeting).
Process is as follows:

  • Application deadline is December 16th, 2024 (next intake June 16, 2025)
  • Mentee Selection and Mentor Pairing completed by January 15, 2024 (July 16, 2025)
  • Mentorship program begins February 1st and concludes July 31st, 2025 (begins August 1st and concludes January 30th, 2026)
  • 6-8 mentorship pairings will be done per intake.

Applicant Statement and Waiver I understand that, should I be accepted as a Mentee from the Chefs' Table Society of British Columbia, as a condition to my acceptance of this award, I hereby agree that neither the Chefs' Table Society of British Columbia, nor any of its officers, directors, employees or agents shall be responsible for, and I hereby release and agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Chefs' Table Society of British Columbia, from (i) any and all costs and expenses I have incurred or in the future may incur, and (ii) any and all personal injury and property damage and any other claims, causes of action or other damages I sustain, in connection with my participation in the Chefs' Table Society of British Columbia's mentorship program. Should I be accepted as a Mentee from the Chefs' Table Society of British Columbia, permission is granted to use my name for publicity purposes. To the best of my knowledge, all information I have provided is accurate and true and may be verified through any means deemed necessary.
