- Networking – Website
- Jeremy Gruman attending the meeting and reviewed what was covered on the January 10th website meeting.
- Discussed the direction of the website.
- Jamie Maw is working on a logo for the chefs table society, this logo will be used on the website.
- Jeremy will go ahead with putting the mission statement on the home page, Mary gave Jeremy a copy.
- A sticky note will be placed on the top of forum topics explaining the rules of conduct on the forum.
- Jeremy registered chefstablesociety.com and .ca
- Robert recommends that material on home page change frequently (monthly) such as chef’s favorite cookbooks.
- Vikram want to get site up and running. Jeremy confirmed that options can be added to the site in the future.
- Jeremy has contacts who could manage the website. Jeremy will ask them to email a resume to Mary.
- Tiffany to update and input chef’s names and contact info for the website.
- Discussed whether or not chefs could register themselves thru pay pal.
- Administrator will pull all contacts and registrations weekly and send to 2 board members to meet approval.
- Will meet with Jeremy again on February 20th to review website with board members.
- Made a selection of topics for the forum discussions:
- Sustainability
- Chefs/producers
- Careers
- Education/schools
- Sourcing productsHome page will include:

- Photo from the front page of Vancouver Cooks. Jeremy will contact Jamie Maw to get the photo in digital format.

- Board meetings will be held the last Monday of every month. Meetings will not be held in July, August or December
