- Canadian Chef Congress: Julian Bond
- Ned Bell and Chris Whittaker attended the conference; attendance was around 350-400.
- Board 2012/2013
- Partnerships & Sponsorships Committee Chair position is still open- committee members should include members that are not chefs
- Board reviewed and voted to pass the slate for 2012/2013- 1st Robert B. 2nd Scott
- Committee Chairs are to assign proxies to fill in when unable to attend board meetings
- Board discussed hiring an executive position to help move the society along, assist committee chairs and hold committees accountable. Robert B. will send a job description out to board members to review. To review a budget for the executive position at the next board meeting.
- Cate Simpson will post a press release announcing board members for 2012/2013.
