  2. Executive Directory Position: Julian Bond
    • Motion put forth to move forward to put together a job description for an executive director position for the Chefs Table Society.  All attending board members voted in favour.
    • Robert Blecham will draft a job description and suggestive salary.  Board will review and vote on job description and salary. Karen Hamilton will draft an ad from Roberts approved job description and post on website.
    • Board will hold a separate meeting to prepare a business plan, prepare application questions for executive position and set vision and strategic objectives for long range planning (next 5 years).  Meeting to be held at Pear Tree on November 5, 2012.
  3. Thank you to Mark Hills for purchasing remaining Vancouver Cooks 2 books, all books have been sold now.
  4. New Buisness
    • 3 scholarships approved for $1500 to be given out November 6, 2012 at Host Ex.  Scott will send information to Cate to post a press release.
