- Yaletown BIA has donated a $2,000 scholarship for CTS to disburse
- Vancouver Cooks 2 Book Marketing Report: Neil Wyles
- Neil is negotiating a deal to sell soft cover cookbooks at a cost of $5 to Yaletown BIA
- Neil is investigating running another Groupon deal to sell off remaining stock of cookbooks. Would like to be able to offer restaurant gift certificates from membership as an incentive to sell the books. Neill and Alvina will work together
- Canadian Chefs’ Congress: Robert Clark
- Conference will be in Halifax, Nova Scotia, September 16-18 2012
- Robert will contact travel agents for rates
- Fundraising / Scholarship Report: Scott Jaeger
- Chefs For Life auction raised $1,900 for CTS, thank you to members who donated towards the auction
