- AGM Notes
- Had a tour of the Terminal City Club dinning and meeting rooms with David Long.
- The AGM will take place in the main dining room. Tables will be arranged in a square to accommodate 40 members, extra chairs will be available.
- The schools will be asked to make short presentations to the membership before the competition begins.
- Judges will tour the schools tables 1st.
- Each school will be provided with a blank table and simple signage the schools will have to dress the tables themselves. The food will be handed out on napkins.
- One table will be set up to hold glasses for beer and wine. Will ask guests to hold onto their glasses.
- The Culinary challenge and social will take place in the meeting rooms. Tables will be provided for schools, wine and beer sponsors, water table, Ocean wise and Green Table.
- The Chefs Table Society will have a reception table outside the meeting room to sign up new members. Volunteers will be needed to be at the table.
- Julian will provide a Visa swipe machine to sign up new members.
- Tiffany will bring the Chefs Table Society business cards and member sign up forms.
- The chefs table society will be setting a budget to pay for the Terminal City service staff for the event.
- Invitations will go out next week to members and board members will receive email copies to send out to potential new members.
- Invitations will also go out to representatives of the BCRFA, CRFA, Provincial Government and Board of Trade.
