    • Books have been sold to Yaletown BIA
  3. Canadian Chefs’ Congress: Robert Clark
    • Conference will be in Halifax, Nova Scotia, September 16-18 2012, open to all members of CTS to attend
    • Neil is coordinating a fundraising event to raise funds to sponsor 2 members
  4. Fundraising / Scholarship Report: Scott Jaeger – no report
  5. Branding / Networking Report: Robert Belcham
    • Reviewed membership tiers
    • Reviewed costs to order hoodies with logos for CTS members
    • Jessica Funk has volunteered to write articles for the CTS website.  Alvina will contact Jessica regarding a draft for the Spot Prawn Festival.  Board approval of all material prior to posting on the website
  6. Spot Prawn Report:
    • Spot Prawn will be held on Saturday May 5th – 11am to 3pm at False Creek Fisherman’s Wharf
    • Chef Tyler will co-chair the Spot Prawn Committee with Chris, Tyler to take over in 2013 as chair

NEW BUSINESS

  • Vancouver Magazine Restaurant Awards will be at the Sheraton Wall Centre on April 23, 2012
