– Karen Hamilton updated the board on notes made at Pear Tree meeting regarding CTS 5 year plan.
– Karen will send documents to the board members.
– Highlighted what CTS does well and where improvements need to be made
– CTS social media needs a designated person to manage
– Scott made a motion to vote on the Executive Board Contract within one week – discussion will take place in the board forum on the website. Robert Clark 1st, Chris Whittaker 2nd the motion.

- Robert Clark to post information on the website regarding the Raven Coal Mine Proposal. BC Shellfish Association is looking for chef support.
- Alvina to invite Mash Potato to do a follow up presentation at the April Board Meeting
- Vancouver Magazine Awards: April 22nd, CTS table with food offering and membership recruitment
- Governor General Awards: Robert Clark to represent CTS
