  1. Membership & AGM Notes
    • February 19, 2007 is the new date for AGM.
    • Tiffany is looking into 2 possible venues either the Round House or the Terminal City.
    • Julian approached local cooking schools and 4 schools have confirmed attendance for the school vs. school competition.
    • Each school will select their own students to compete in the competition.
    • Winning school will receive a $5000.00 scholarship from the Chefs Table Society.
    • Judging will be based on a 50 point system.

      10 points for presentation

      20 points for taste

      10 points innovation

      10 points discretionary (the Wow factor)

      • Criteria for the competition: food must representative of the Chefs Table Society Mission Statement.

      • Judges for the event, the board will ask the following members: Bruno Marti, John B., Pino, Robert F., Robert C., Vikram and Barbara Jo.

      • Patrick if sourcing wine for the event.

      • Board agreed on a $2000 budget for the AGM to cover cost of rentals and supplies.

      • Tables will be set up at the AGM for membership sign-up, Oceanwise and Green Table

Board meetings will be held the last Monday of every month.  Meetings will not be held in July, August or December.
