- Mary accepted a $648.53 cheque from D&M and will pass on to Neil
- Canadian Chef Congress: Julian Bond
- Chris Whittaker will represent the CTS at the congress. The present board passed a motion and voted to approve travel and accommodation for Chris (up to $2,500) – 1st- Robert Clark 2nd-Robert Belcham
- AGM
- Tuesday, September 25, 2012 at PICA
- Board to have monthly meeting from 2:30pm-3:30pm
- Olive Oil tasting (organized by Sid Cross) from 3:30pm-4pm
- AGM will start at 4pm sharp and run to 4:45pm
- Committee chairs must make presentations at the AGM
- Mary will prepare the AGM agenda and email to board to review.
- Branding & Marketing Committee: Robert Belcham
- Website is up and running all members are encouraged to visit the site and contribute on a regular basis.
- Present board reviewed and passed approval of the CTS Committee Chair Qualifications and Responsibilities, Initiatives and Values.
