- Spot Prawn Festival: Chris Whittiker:
- 800 tickets sold as of April 30th – 1200 tickets available for on-line sales.
- Barnston Island Herbs will be new at the festival this year
- Will review having radio broadcast present at the 2014 festival – not for 2013
- Financial Report: Neil Wyles
- Account Balance $70,000 cash
- Food Fight Fundraising Event: Katharine Mason
- 200 tickets for sale for May 19th, 100 sold as of April 30th
- Suggestions to hold a fundraising brunch on June 23, 2013 at PICA, 8 participating chefs, sweet and savoury food pairing theme. Neil to contact the Hospitality Foundation to partner with CTS.
- Review the documents pertaining to the Executive Director
- Karen will post the application on the website
- Interviews and screening: 1st round May 20th, 2nd round (panel) May 28th
- Hawksworth Young Chef Scholarship Program Follow-up
- Robert Belcham will compile a list of feedback from board members regarding Hawksworth Young Chef Scholarship Program
- Board voted (all present in favour) to fund the project ($10, 000) subject to list compiled by Robert Belcham
- Neil Wyles will contact David Hawksworth regarding the details
