On this week's podcast I am very happy to have the Corporate Chef of the Keg, and BC Chefs Chapter President, Steve Lewis. His passion for the industry has had him doing, bartending, waiting, floor manager, store manager, cook, Chef, almost every job you can have in a restaurant he has been successful at.
