Q: Is this Covenant self-policed? A: Yes — proudly so. This is a self-administered Covenant. Each signatory takes primary responsibility for monitoring, upholding, and improving their own practices and conduct.
Q: How do you verify new signatories? A: We perform a quick, friendly check within 7–10 business days.
Q: Can people submit concerns? A: Yes. Concerns must come from at least three different named individuals about incidents that occurred after the person signed.
Q: When would a signatory be removed? A: Removal is rare and only for clear intentional misrepresentation or repeated, serious personal violations.
Q: Can a removed individual return? A: Yes. After 6–12 months with proof of personal growth.
