The Chefs’ Table Society is bringing back one of Vancouver’s most beloved culinary showdowns — The Chowder Cup!
Eight talented chefs will battle it out in an all-out seafood chowder brawl for the ultimate bragging rights and the coveted Chowder Cup trophy. Each chef will showcase their creativity by featuring a sustainable seafood ingredient and pairing it with the perfect complementary beverage to elevate their dish. A panel of esteemed judges will determine who reigns supreme, but the audience will also have their say — the People’s Choice Award is up for grabs! Expect bold flavours, inspired pairings, and plenty of friendly competition as some of the region’s best chefs ladle up their finest creations.
