- Membership Committee
To maintain membership interest and increase benefits to members (current and new), it was suggested that an event every 2 months should be planned.
Once a calendar of events has been organized, professional members will be contacted. In the meantime, a list of all inactive chef members will be organized as a source of information for follow-up. Céline to follow-up on list.

- Marketing & Branding
Curry Cup:
- At time of meeting 115 of 165 tickets sold;
- Nessa had cup engraved for event;
- Posters were distributed all over town;
- All logistics confirmed and ready to deploy.
- Celine to send Jonathan Feedback Form and judging criteria from previous event.
- Big thank you to Katharine for her commitment and dedication to the project. And another thank you to the board members who participated.

- Spot Prawn Festival
- 74 days to opening;
- Date to be confirmed in next 2 weeks;
- Committee to be assembled more prawns required versus last year;
- Discussion on scheduling a member value-added event for CTS members only, preferably Monday before Festival to allow chefs to attend.

- Guest presentation from Barone Ricasoli with Francesco Ricasoli (f.ricasoli@ricasoli.it) and Lisa Johnson from Pacific Wine & Spirits to review partnership between Barone Ricasoli and chefs/restaurants/hotels interested in holding special events in partnership with Barone Ricasoli.
- Timing February/March; Capacity: 150 people; CTS to send proposal if interested for next year
- Guest presentation from Salmon-Safe (www.salmonsafe.ca)
3rd party certification recognizing farmers supporting native salmon habitat – every 3 years, re-certification needed.
45 farms and vineyards on board Pacific northwest 80,000 acres certified leading eco label regionally No cost to farmers, accessible, site inspection and paperwork is done by salmon safe. One on one conversation with restaurants who want to participate in the program
