The Chefs' Table Society is a non-profit organization committed to creating accessible resources and ongoing support for British Columbia's culinary workers and supporters.  All proceeds raised by the Chefs' Table Society are used towards developing BC's regional cuisine. Here's where most of our dollars go.

  • Culinary Scholarships and Bursaries - funding for student chef members and working chef members
  • Legacy Library - a collection of cookbooks, culinary biographies, food and spirit periodicals and a BC restaurant menu archive
  • Beneficiaries - these organizations are recipients of some of our fundraising efforts: Project Chef, Growing Chefs!, Farm Folk / City Folk
